Derp question (probably)

Now I have a motherboard which supports am3+ and I want to get a CPU which isn't on the support list but the CPU I have at the moment is not on the support list so I was wondering if I upgraded to another am3+ CPU will it work (don't recommend me to get Intel instead my motherboard dose not support it).

What board are you using and what cpu are you currently running in it?

Almost every single manufacturer will list what chips are available per board, i would suggest running an update on your bios as this can also help support new cpus

I use the AS Rock 880gm and I use the AMD FX 4350

goto the mainboard TAB and look at the motherboard model, please post the full information here.
