Delivery missions - not working

I usually pick up a mission whenever Im out farming/processing and its always nice extra change. However, the last 2 delivieries I tried havent been working. I can pickup missions but am unable to deliver them at the destination. The option to hand it in simply doesnt appear.

I have been testing the delivery points, I have tested all, but delivery points 8, 11 and 23.

While testing the delivery points I have been keeping a report of each delivery, which can be seen here:

As you can see delivery points 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 12 are bugged, meaning you can't deliver to them.

I will carry on testing the delivery points, until I have tested all the delivery points then I will post my findings again.
