Detailed Suggestion:
Could there be a job role of the delivery hub manager to maintain the delivery hub making sure that people can come into the hub without obstructions? the manager could be given free access to pick up trucks or other vehicles to push them out of the way.
The Pros:
this would allow the hub to work well without the need for police or others to come and tidy it up
The Cons:
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
