Brief Summary: The ability to delete text messages sent to landlines if you have read them
Detailed Suggestion: Working at a dealership, the text messages left on our landline are often questions about stock or prices - i think it would be really helpful to be able to delete messages once you have dealt with them, so that multiple workers are calling the same person back and it doesn't clutter the phone
The Pros:
- Non cluttered landlines especially for businesses getting many messages
- Easily way to manage texts coming in and when they have been sorted
The Cons:
- None, other than the potential to hide particularly spicy texts from my co-workers - a HR issue I'm sure
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
God i hope not, what if this brought the server to its knees?!??!
