I was speaking to a guy who was under arrest, but during this time somebody stole a police car and and kept using it's horn, so I could not hear him. I shot at his tires in the bluezone and accidentally destroyed the car and killed him. I was not aware that I cannot shoot at a police car inside of a police blue zone. I have re read the rules and understand what I did wrong.

Can you please link the post that people reported you? Or the name of the admin that issued the ban?

Doesn't seem like you were aiming at nothing but the tired, and i don't see (from this video you posted) any reason for a ban.

I definitely saw a reason for a ban. The rules clearly states that weapons are to be holstered at all times in the bluezone, DELETER didn't say a word before shooting and the police car could have been stolen anywhere. He also fired uncontrollably at the police car. 

I followed the rules and banned him for killing in a blue zone.  Here is my point of view:

I am not here to argue the finer points of words but I agree with the ban more but also the gentleman whom stole a police car VDM'd and trolled around Police HQ a caution? and was aloud to go out on his merry little way?

Two separate punishments for the same section 6 of the rules.

Also are Game admins also under 1D i must of missed that Post.

Not towards you and not towards Deleter. It is not about calling Deleter "Disruptive" and you know this VERY well.

No need to start a fight now. Especially because you are in no position to do so.

It was just to keep this Topic clean for further "investigations" so Admins don't have to write an article right now explaining themselves.

There is no need for that comment now. It will be looked upon. There is no need for shit stirring and I do not wish any more comments underneath this Thread.

Also: NO negative comments about Deleter AND Brat. We are an ADULT Community. Some fight hungry people seem to forget this.

I now had a conversation with Deleter and Brat.

We all 3 agreed that this Ban was an result of confusion.
Deleter did what was right for the situation he was in and Brat did what was right for his point of view. 
There is no one to blame and I think that both handled the situation very well.
They talked about what happened explained their sides and came to an agreement. That's all that really matters.

Did we consider banning the guy on the car for trolling?

Also, i like that we enforce rules, letter by letter, but let's use our common sence as well.
