Description of what happened: was neogating for a civs life when the rebel told me to put my hands up as i was his new hostage
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:  taking police hostage is forbidden,wilcos post link

He didn't take him as hostage he told him to put his hands up. They didn't follow the demands

Maybe he didn't mean hostage and he said wrong but he was just supposed to take his hands up.

you can tell an officer to put hands up but not restrain you then it is hostage

 
his words were, im taking you hostage, also, in the messege's you can clearly see he knew what he meant

It is NOT banable to just Ziptie an Officer and leave him behind / don't take him hostage.

Still it's not a nice things. Someone else COULD come arround and just shoot him in the head or if that person has no GPS on it can't even be located by others (Forget the fact that restraints disappear if u move too far away) so yeah ..

You can do it .. and I think there can be some good RP Scenarios with it but I wouldn't recommend to do so.

its not that he wanted to zip tie me, in a futher part of the video, he mentions that im worth more because im a  police, im quite happy to provide that clip just have to go through a few hours of video to find it

 
listen to what he said, "we just killed the hostage but we have another hostage and your worth more youknow"

 
they said this yes.. but they did not really take you as a hostage where they should have ziptied you and so on 

they simply killed you 2 seconds after saying it  ( they might have remembered it was against the rules ) 

simple as this - if they wanted you as  a hostage they wouldnt have killed you .

you were not a hostage really man .. i dont even know why did you even make a report ? its not really worth it or worth these guys to be banned common ! think about it ! 

i really dont know them though i have never ever met them .. 

please dont take this personal 

 
This is very unclear. Cant hear what the guy says before he kills you but to me there were no hostage negotiations and you never left the scene.
