Hello, when i die and no one stole me, can i recover the money cash that i have in the moment?

If you're asking if you can return to a spot you've died to collect the money you dropped as long as no one steals it, that would be a no. It would break New Life Rule to return to that location within 15 minutes. While you could technically return after the 15 minutes have elapsed, doing so to collect the money you've dropped would also be breaking NLR.

Don't carry large sums of cash. I only carry 2-5k on me so I can buy toolkits or FAKs from the petrol stations. That way, if you get killed/robbed you aren't really losing much. (this is coming from someone with 7.5mil it could be a different story for you)

As Alan said, but if you get revived by a medic you're free to do as you please, as NLR doesn't apply if you're revived.
