Description of what happened: Dean1 vdmed me twice without any rp reason/valid reason.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he run me over twice, first time i talked to him , he didnt respond and ran away....
