Description of what happened: Plf came to our checkpoint and as we didnt know who they were in role play we let them in, also in the checkpoint at this time was dc chris who we just ignored as we had no reason to stop him from being there. When we questioned the plf member he replied i think unmc are cunts to which i knocked him out due to the way he spoke to us, i never zip tied him though and was ready to continue our chat when he got up but dc chris just started spraying everyone without saying a word, now if this so called war with plf is gonna be like this and have kos rights which goes against everything this server is about then i for one am not interested

 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No he thinks what he did is acceptable

I appreciate this is terrible role play, however considering you knocked him out I wouldn't suggest it is RDM. I'll be discussing the actions with DC shortly and the action taken will be left to a server admin.

One question I do have, I thought you blacklisted Gc?

I was asked by PLF to come to the UNMC Checkpoint as they said they may have needed some help. I responded and arrived there, May you maybe tell us what happened before that when you killed one of the PLF members? They attacked us first when they knocked him out, and also when they killed someone before. That's what you risk when you attack someone, you are harming him so I backed them Up. As allies you requested for Gc to come to the Check point so did PLF request us to join. Frosty got knocked out and screamed shoot so I opened fire as they assaulted one of my members. And for what reason are you only refering to me as the only one who killed? I'm pretty sure that people were turning up with gun's for a reason and I didn't make the first kill either. There was roleplay going on when you started being agressive towards Frosty when he told you hes a part of PLF.

We was talking to one of the Gc members in which he said that they have formed an alliance with UNMC and was helping out with the checkpoint... So we called for back up, in which [DC] Chris and [DC] Andej who attended us on TS ready just in case things went south... We saw Frost get knocked out and saw this as an act of violence and ready to start attacking us, so we retaliated with fire straight away to avoid losses on our side, including [DC].

[DC] and PLF worked together on this.

of course it is rdm he fires without warning as for gc there actions were taken without the leaders consent and compensation has been handed over and the gc members spoken to by chunky so as far as we are concerned we are not enemies anymore as for dc i have no problems with them helping your guys however it is never acceptable for that kind of action to happen people have been banned for much less

DC does it everytime... we fought them like 2-3 times, we killed them all without any loses (we exacuted 3-4 men of DC which was kinda boring) just lol DC and TI is nothing for us actually.. And it is obviously RDM. as wilco says it is a serious roleplay community. And UNMC guys did not metagame there as the video shows and look at the result? everyone knows that PLF and DC are friendly gangs so.....

You have attacked us first, You knocked him out which is a violent act, You knew that there were a lot of people watching and any violent act wouldn't be taken nicely.

unbelievable we could have killed all of you when you approached the checkpoint but we let you in as we wanted to roleplay the situation if id called plf cunts in there base im sure the same thing would of happened to me however there is no excuse for someone to just open fire without any warning  you can even see one of our guys run into a bunker with dc chris and never opened fire yet you killed him aswell, if this guy gets away with this then i cant see how people can ever be banned again for rdm as this is one of the clearest cases ive ever seen

Im not trying to take sides here, but people need to realise knocking someone down, especially in such a fragile and threatening situation, is not something to take lightly. Knocking someone out is like hitting someone in the head with your weapon in real life, and wether or not it should warrant the reaction it got I don't know, but it doesnt seem very smart to knock him out...

You haven't seen what happened earlier, one of the PLF members was shot by Shadow earlier which already initiated the fire fight anyways. This wasn't a normal situation, this was intensive I don't see how you class this as RDM.

You guys always attack like girls when nobody is prepared and then come to the forums and brag about it. If i recorded how many times i got RDMd by you guys i can guarantee half of you guys would be banned already. But if braging on the forum gives you a boner instead of actually proving yourself,enjoy your "pride"

I am just giving my opinion like the others did to my friends and I have vdm video of DC thats why I am talking here. it means I got evidence which is gonna be uploaded tomorrow or soon

I agree with you here that a knock down is an extremely hostile action in a situation like this. It removes one man from a potential firefight for 5 seconds at least, which DC chis may well have anticipated. No different to a police officer rubber bulleting someone in a stand off which many rebels would open fire because of.
