Have they added a new thing so you cant eat more when you are stuffed?

Ive tried to eat when I was energized and good on water but I dont get the option, is that due to lagg or something or is it a new thing that you cant eat or drink sodas or water when you are full?

You can keep eating and drinking when your stuffed,but you might get sick and throw up. If your already sick drinking until you throw up is actually a good thing btw as it purges your body of say a rotten kiwi you accidentally ate.
