Description of what happened: Combat log, glitching in restraints and breaking NLR. We'd arrived on scene, and subdued Davey with rubber bullets, he had been chased by another police car and had stopped and shot at them. After restraining him, he glitched restraints and killed SPC RiloUK. After this, he came straight back while we were talking to his friend, crashing into the police vehicle, after subduing him again, he logged while in restraints.
