Description of what happened: Arrest a man (I say man I mean squeaker, makes Price sound old) for looting police gear, explained it's sever ban offence however let them off slightly by forcibly taking it back ("tranquillizer" to the face and a medkit) then informing he's going to jail, as soon as he's come round he hits respawn in his esc menu too try and get away.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he should have been in bed at that time.
