Half 2 in the morning - 21/12/14
Description of what happened:
Dan killed one of my gang members Harpo seconds before the incident giving me his truck details and appearance (Harpo said there was no role play involved as Dan just knocked him out without saying a word and then killed him without giving him time to get up). I then went out to avenge him being on the lookout for this truck. After 5 minutes or so searching I find a truck matching the description I was told and stopped it by shooting out its tires. His friend then drove straight into me (with tones of room to navigate around the stopped truck) therefore leaving me completely unable to do anything. At this point Dan gets out of his car exploiting the fact that I am glitched on the floor to kill me without any risk to himself. After this he then respawns and tries to steal our offroad.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes he accused me of RDM (I killed no one)
