Description of what happened:
Me and 2 of my friends were driving to a town in our Blue Offroader when he pulls over and shouts "stop the car" so we stopped the car and he shot out the wheels, and then tried to run all 3 of us user for about 5 minutes before I managed to repair the car, once repaired we drove off and he then began to open fire at my mate who was sat in the back of the car (not disabling the vehicle), after missing several shots he took out one of our types causing us to crash.. He chased us and without saying anything killed me and looted me, then went on to try doing the same to a convoy of 3 HEMT trucks.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes - One of us sent him a message on side chat telling him why, and I did voice chat to him and said "dude, what are you doing" and he carried on and ignored us.

The only screenshot I have is of my dead body, as I didn't know screenshots were needed (New to this server), but there are 2 of my friends who will tell the same story (like exactly the same). Plus others have reported him. He doesn't know how to RP so please get rid of him :L
