Description of what happened:
I was taking off in my mohawk from my house when a red offroad pulls up and a guy jumps out. Without saying a word, he lines up his shot and shoots me dead through the cockpit. He then lockpicks my mohawk and flies it straight to the chop shop.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes - I sent a message in side chat to him, asking him to return the mohawk. No response.
