Description of what happened: shot him with my rubber bullet gun, ran up and restrained him, he then shot me when he went through the animation
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. But didn't really get any acceptable reason..

- i tried out new settings in shadowplay, which caused it not to record ingame sounds an dnoly my mic.. - all though the video explains everything just witch pictures.

I was with him at this time, he said that his character were acting weird but he didnt get restrained (his words)

You then go to our room to say that you're gonna report us, not even gonna talk to us and then when we tell you that if we glitched it wouldn't have been on purpose, and where is the RDM? we got a message to stop a convoy of police men with some prisoners that we needed, you began shooting without saying a word, where we yelled surrender, no RDM we shot after you guys began shooting.

I was also there and didn't understand what was happening. The only thing i know was that dallas was desyncing like crazy, also when he drove us there. And what Lemmen said is true, he began shooting without saying a word, you can see me running on the road in the begining, we yelt to surrender and he shot me in the shoulder.

No mistaking that handcuff sound, once that sounds players really need to stop. If I find myself handcuffed but still able to shoot, just tell the officers that there seems to be a problem with the cuff and that for everyone's safety they may want to replace them.

I understand if i get banned, but to say for my defense there was nothing on my screen then the message from the rubber bullet gun.
If i get banned i fully understand that and i just wanted you to know, that there was no sign of him restraining me on my screen.

It clearly shows the person restrained then a well know exploit in the altis life/arma 3 engine is issued
