First of all sorry that there is no sound on the video, shadowplay only picked up my mic.
I have two witnesses for this, and that is my two students that you see in the video.

Description of what happened:
We wanted a car to pull over, and he ran over one of us, this might have been an accident since he was doing high speed and we were in the middle of the road, so this is not a part of the report. However when he turned around, we wanted to communicate with him, and they instantly started threatening and robbing us. After the their failed robbery, they ran over us several times.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 5 - VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)
Section 6 of NHS handbook - No stealing from medics
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I sent them both several text messages, saying what they did was wrong and bannable, i did not get any response, i wanted to give them a chance so i waited a while and then sent them new messages. I then got these two responses (screens in the bottom), i feel that this was very immature. When i got the first message that this is only game, i replied to him that this is a serious RP community and maybe he does not fit in.
