Description of what happened: I was selling drugs at Kavala drug dealer when a squad car showed up and arrested me and another man at the scene. apparently they had been there twice in 10 minutes but that's another subject. When they showed up I tried to run at which point they opened fire. Backup was on route to me while they were chasing me my tires were almost out. at which point Murphy runs up next to my car with a spike trap. He then proceeds to place it in my truck while running causing my truck to break and halt my escape. This wouldn't actually  be possible in real life and so I'm calling for a break of role play to place that here.  Then when we were at the police station. I was roleplaying as an illegal refugee from Alaska who lived off the grid previously. He could have Arrested me on grounds for being an illegal immigrant but instead he went on ludicrous terms saying that the Illuminati has dna and records on everyone. At this point I was fed up and just told him to arrest me.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes I have, He refused to comp me in any way after I lost 1.5 million because of his actions. (I wasn't asking for it all back.)

1. Spike strips are allowed, I don't see a problem in using spike strips to further progress in slowing the car down.

Just like to say i was in teamspeak with him at the time and near the police HQ and you broke RP multiple times shouting down the mic "im reporting you on the forums if you dont give me money" since you're talking about breaking RP which CSO Murphy didn't though id put that out there.

looks like we need to clarify the 10 minute rule again to people. i will make a forum post about this soon just clarifying it.

If he had done that I would have been fine, But running behind my truck and then placing it inside of my truck isn't the same. It's also not the fact he used it he can use them.

I'm not asking comp for drugs, I was asking for some comp for my truck that was lost because of it. Since it's a 550k truck. I wasn't even asking for the whole cost of it. just some towards it being bought back.

Right, a few things. I can't scrap vehicles even if I wanted to. that was another officer. So I see no reason why I should comp you, it wasn't my call. furthermore, I took the spike strips out, then went to place them but you decided to VDM as I was placing them leaving them in my hands bugged. If you've ever used spike strips you would know that you have t place them and then pick them up to remove them from your hand. I didn't have time to do that, so I just ran after you and hoped to catch you. You then proceeded to break roleplay more times than I could count telling me how awful my rp is etc etc. You say you got fed up with me, well I got fed up with you, so I threw out the most ridiculous RP I've ever used to date. You didn't have fingerprint records because you were a refuge, you didn't have DNA because you were home birthed, you didn't have facial scans because you hid from CCTV, we all get the gist. You were generally unco-operative when all I was going to do was make you sing and give you a ticket. But instead you made my job purposefully difficult.

I can assure you MrSheep/Tom was not saying that. I was on Skype with him at the Moment and he talked to me about reporting him. But he didn't say anything about wanting money.
