CSI Fuel (Rule 6F)

Description of what happened: Our gang member Jay had initiated RP on police officers as we had told him to we wanted to rob the cops. Upon doing so he was instantly tazed and restrained by CSI Fuel. At this point we engaged combat with the police officers at the scene whilst CSI Fuel was running Jay to the police HQ doing so whilst under a hail of bullets from myself and TI Ben. CSI Fuel then began to dodge in and out of buildings until they was out of site near the green zone. I caught a last glimpse when they was right next to the stadium in kavala square. We waited until Jay was out of restraints to confirm that CSI Fuel had ran into the green zone to get to the police HQ, meaning that we could no longer engage combat with at this point. 

Concluding this report CSI Fuel broke rule 6F by running into the green zone whilst in active combat to avoid being killed from myself and TI Ben.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes i have had a lengthy conversation with CSI Fuel where he does not believe he has done anything wrong.
  
Please post video evidence/screenshots here: Before posting this report i tried to talk with CSI Fuel about this incident rather than taking it straight to this section. He believe's he has done no wrong but i stated that if i had killed him inside the green zone then i would be banned for killing inside a green zone which is completely justified, i am saying this because by him running through the green zone stopped me and TI Ben from killing him hence this part of the rule to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)

Below is the video proof of CSI Fuel running Jay through the green zone to avoid combat with us and to get to the HQ as fast as he could. My problem is that there are many ways around the green zone granted that it may take a little longer than straight through it but he wouldn't of broke rule 6F by doing so. I have asked jay for a recording with sound but he does not record with sound unfortunately but i'm sure the video is sufficient enough.

As you can seen in my video I was already in the green zone when you initiated on me, I just ran away from youre bullets

As there are two reports going ahead, i will keep this one short for the admins and reply only once.

Your video states jay ben and rambo shooting greenzone. Not once did i shoot anywhere inside greenzone. There was also more members of TI with us at the scene not just us 3. 

But as for this report it clearly states in black and white.

6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)

You have said you ran from one green zone to another whilst in active combat. We did not know Jay initiated while you was in green zone as you can see in the other report we had no visual on any of you. But that still doesn't justify you running into another geen zone to stop from dying.

I am getting annoyed of both sides right now.

One side clearly stands 1cm away from the Greenzone shooting. (Jay is not in it but at the very edge)

The other runs trough the Kavala Square Greenzone.

I would love to ban all of you for acting like angry little children. 

In future: Don't engage RP 1cm out of the Greenzone @TI and don't run trough the Greenzone while being in combat @Police
