Crutches after Treatment/Revive | Suggestions (Open for feedback)

So the suggestion as a whole is basically that when you go down lets say being shot or hit by a car, If given treatment by police or nhs and they use their "help patient back up onto feet" option, when you get up you are given a crutch which stays on you for 15 minutes and automatically disappears.

You also receive the crutch when getting out of a pillbox bed after checking in with the NPC (not just physically laying in it to correct some injuries)

You do not receive the crutch when treated by a dodgy doctor as the treatment isnt legally done and properly and professionally done

Whilst having this crutch on you cannot: Run, Pull out any weapons, Drive or ride a boris bike or punch.
Whilst having this crutch on you can however: Walk, Get in a car in any other seat then the driver.

Pros:
> Adds extra roleplay to being downed or treated
> Helps out with the excessive amount of NLR breached time to time because not only with it being on for the 15 minute timer you are meant to "cool down" you also cant use any weapons to put yourself in combat.
> Influences people alot more to calm down after getting out of pillbox because they cant just be a nuisance right away cause they are limited to being able to

Cons:
Dev work (would be similar to walking stick walking style and mechanism when got one with tweaks)

On the one hand I quite like this suggestion, as G6, spending time at Pillbox its incredibly annoying to have people get checked in and immediately get back into a fight. Same at prison where people attack us, get downed, checked in, come out of the bed swinging and repeat that a few times. From that perspective, I really like this idea.

On the other hand, riding a bike a lot, sometimes you get unlucky with a local, a small freeze that causes a crash, randomly getting run over by a local, etc. Basically dying for some stupid avoidable reason completely unrelated to any actual RP. If NHS then shows up and fixes me up, suddenly I'd be stranded on the side of the road, forced to either abandon my bike and get picked up by someone else, or borderline AFK for 15 minutes waiting for my crutches to disappear before I can continue with what I was doing prior. This also comes with the downside of being completely defenseless if someone were to want to re-pillbox you, and there is no rule against that.

Overall, I personally think the downsides outweigh the upsides. When people come out of the beds swinging at prison, we usually remind them of the rule concerning this in looc, that usually solves it. At the end of the day, people should be doing this anyway due to the rules, if they don't, we are able to just take it to the forums to get it dealt with.

I still love the idea in theory, but thinking about it in practice I don't think it'd be a very nice addition, annoying people far more than it would improve the city.

Imma -1 this for the reason it just reminds me of those pay to win "New York" or "Chicago" servers that are cringe af, everyone will be running around in crutches and it will look dumb
