Description of what happened: I was on patrol with PC Yves, headed towards the Handgun Store north of Kavala when we were hit by a spike strip, Jiblack came out of a bush at the side of the road and demanded we exited the vehicle and dropped our arms, he did not wait for PC Yves to leave the vehicle before he shot him, he threatened me and said if i left he wouldnt kill me, i managed to knock him down and restrain him when he used the glitch that happens sometimes with restraints to pull his gun out and he shot me down to 30hp
 
after which he combat logged.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No he logged off

This is PC Yves, I was in de passenger seat. When i stept out of the vehicle he shot at me when i was trying to put my weapon in my back pack but he gave me no change to do so. He just shot me down and my CSO knocked him down and handcuft him.
