Description of what happened: At the start me and my fellow PCSO Archie were chaseing a hatchback who was speeding and failed to pull over, during this the hatchback stops In the middle of the road which leads to me and Archie thinking maybe he's pulling over, tho he pulled off and I told Archie to get back In the car as we started to chase after the hatchback again, a Offroad with the 3 listed people swerve Infront of us blocking us from passing and hit our SUV, Thus me and Archie start to chase after them after about 10 seconds down the line they stop at the side of the road so me and Archie get out our SUV aswell, They asked us what we were doing so we asked them the same thing and tell them to put their weapons down thus they tell us to put our weapons down but the split second they do they open fire on me and Archie giving us no chance to do so, which leads to a firefight were we both die basically this Is VDM along with RDM.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Nope I don't see how resolving anything with RDMrs and VDMrs Is possible

First of all i didnt VDM you at all because the ramming of your vehicle wasn't intentional or was i trying to blow up your vehicle up when looking at the map you can get the vehicle stuck turning a certain way if you havent turned of the command with your mouse that lets the car turn more left or more right hence why i didnt carry on ramming your vehicle i backed off and drove away it was simply a accident and we wasnt involved in the chase you had before hand we simply stopped to see what was going on and i looked at the map. You then proceeded to chase us and as we all had a bounty we didnt want to get caught hence why we fled at 1:12 you then rammed straight into us and from the video youve provided there was plent of room for you to avoid hitting us we then pulled over the car and asked you to drop your weapon we asked a number of times which you failed to do so and started taking cover behind your vehicle so we opened fire RP was initiated. Kazza was sat passenger seat the whole time and she didnt shoot once.

I don't know about you but that looked very Intentional to me It takes quite something to go from a stand still on one side of the rode to a full 90 Degree turn onto the other side and hitting a SUV and don't even try top act stupid It was a blatent attempt to get us to chase you jsut so you could get Into a firefight and when we did start to chase yous and when yous did go offroad and I followed you, you did desync alot reason of how we hit sorta collided with you

 we then pulled over the car and asked you to drop your weapon we asked a number of times which you failed to do so and started taking cover behind your vehicle so we opened fire RP was initiated.

If you look at our video provided you didn't ask us multiple times to put our weapons down, you asked us once which then the split second after asking you open fire on us giving us no time to communicate or respond what so ever, "RDM" I see this as a pathetic excuse from yous to get into a firefight by executing thee single most worst role-play ever and havting to resort to VDMing our SUV

As i said the first bump we had in the vehicle i didnt hit you the car pulled infront of you and you hit us just so i could make that clear but that was my fault i didnt bump into you intentionally hence why i stopped before i hit you but you proceeded to drive into us. At 1:12 you VDM us there was no Desync on your screen from what i can see all i can see is me turning onto the grass and your ploughing into the side of us and you also say "RIP" and you laugh which makes believe the VDM you did was intentional thinking we would blow up.

Second thing i want to address is that in the video at 1:41 we asked you to drop your weapon at 1:46 i said "put your weapon down now!" which you then peaked over the back of your vehicle to get a shot which then made me and darryl believe you was going to shoot us so we then shot you there was a moment of silence before the shots where you had time to drop your weapons which you chose not to.

You could of resolved the matter if you just decided to come talk or even message politely but saying " Have fun whilst it lasts " i believe you had no intention of resolving the matter you only wanted to get us banned.

I am sorry you really think this was done just to get into a shootout. I can't say much on the vdm part because i was not driving, however i can tell you that we where all talking about where to go, and looking at the map. Now onto you vdming us, your very own video shows that there was no desync in fact it looked like you wanted to kill by hitting us with your car, by saying "RIP" then you laughed. Now onto the RDM when we got out the car we then started telling you to drop your guns, we done so from 1:40 till 1:46 that gave you a full 6 seconds to drop your guns. Now as seen in your video you stared telling us to drop our guns and you where also aiming with your gun, so this show you where not even going to drop your guns. Now you saying "three single worst role-play ever" you know role-play go's both ways if you really wanted to RP with us you could of dropped your guns we would not have had a need to shoot then, but it shows that you could not be bothered to RP. I am not sure how you can say it was the worst role-play ever when you never even tried, you just wanted to tell us to drop our guns. Now you are not the first cop to pull us over that night however you where the only one we got in to a shootout with. For example if all we wanted to do is kill cops, not long before what happened with you a other cop pulled us over and he had 2 CSO's with him, now we did the same thing told him to put his gun away. Because we had more people now he responded with how about we talk about this so we did and we did not take him hostage, nor did we ask for his gear or kill him, all we wanted wes to be let on our way. No one was killed we where let on our way. So by us starting RP the ball was then in your park and you made the choice not to RP back so that is on you. Also i would like to add i do not come on the sever for shootouts, anyone who knows me in game knows i RP everything i do, now when i do feel like getting into a shootout i jump on king of the hill or wasteland, not altis life. and lastly the TS message you sent was sheer immaturity on your end, when you where saying that you never seen the point in talking with us but your happy to send immature remarks my way. I only seen it like 1hr after it was sent and i said "what haha" because this was not up then and i did not know what you where going on about, now this gave you a chance to talk to me. 

Now off course i am going to be biased towards my end, and you will be biased on your end. So i have said my part, and you have said your part so i suggest we just leave this up to the admins now and stop this back and forth.
