Crazy Cult Leaders Start Mayhem In Kavala

On the 23rd of February 2035 a feud broke out between the civillians and the Altis Police Force. Reports from bystanders stated "there was so many rebels, at first it was supposed to be a peaceful protest but turned into a riot then shortly after into a civil war, the rebels took control after a long day of fighting but was overrun by the police" Some hobos said "The police shot at us, we were just trying to pick out apples then, pew pew pew, gunshots all around us we quickly ran to a bin and hopped in there nice and snug until the coast was clear" What adds to this historical even is this riot was lead by a cult leader, people say he goes by the name of Joseph Seed and leads a 'cult like group called 'Eden Gate'.
