Hi staff,
I understand the recent spout of crashes isn't your fault its the update released but i am just wondering if i could get a detailed update if possible on what is going on with that, i only ask because i've been playing the game for over a week now and the only thing frustrating me is the constant crashed, sometimes there is like 9 - 15 minutes between crashed and sometimes all servers are down for over an hour! I know you're probably incredibly busy trying to fix or push for a fix for this but i just wanted to know, because i think it would be amazing to be able to play this game without the crashes or the constant threat of crashing looming over us, it makes us rush stuff we could be doing at a relaxed more enjoyable pace.
Any update/information you can be provided would be much appreciated, sorry for bothering you
