Description of what happened: My friend got locked in a vehicle by a hobo and I tried getting him out ( by lockpicking the vehicle ) , then this guy named CptFrost comes up and says put your hands up my other friend Finley Smith got knocked out by him straight away and ziptied. So I ran of and Big Barbary hopped out of the hobo vehicle that I lockpicked and CptFrost shot Big Barbary without saying anything, Big Barbary had a gun yes, but when you hop out of a vehicle then your gun is not holstered and CptFrost shot Big Barbary without having reaction time. Anyway, so we tried to get him on teamspeak and he started swearing at us with words like '' Fucking kids ''.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes but he denied to come on teamspeak.
