This incident was really not intentional, I had only just started playing this game. At this time I was trying to store the car in the garage. I was reversing to make room to drive into the garage, I was unfamiliar with the controls (I didn't know how to look behind whilst reversing) and how sensitive the controls would be, The vehicle reversed quicker than expected. I really am Sorry and take full responsibility to what happened but the entire incident was an accident.

 
Its clear from the video this isnt an accident you was reversing into him on purpose... there is no other reason on why you would reverse that far.

 
Well this is unfortunate as I had enjoyed my short time spent on this server, and so had many of my friends. Its a sad time when a 'noob' starts in a new community and is immediately ousted for a mistake, With no Second/final chance, advice or coaching.

There is a welcome center on the top of teamspeak, only thing you gotta do is approach us and we will fill you with information. Thats what mentors are for. So dont blame the community for "not welcoming you or guide you".

Ok I have pruned the thread and cleared some weeds from the community. Lets get back to buisness.

We do give second chances to people who come here admit they are wrong and that they understand our rules. Being banned and opening an appeal is the first time many of the players see the rules so it works really well.

You sound like a good guy so I will give you a chance to make a final statement before the decision is made.

 
No response from player. If you still wish to be unbanned please open another thread and answer any questions asked.
