THIS POST CONTAINS MORE THAN YOUR DAILY RECOMMENDED DOSE OF SALT
Whilst it's a great show to watch on TV, it's not such a fun show to watch while theres someone pointing a gun at your head barking orders. I'm not a big fan of the whole "drop all you stuff or I'll shoot, you have five seconds" followed by a very nice, informative, countdown so you know just how long you have to drop all your stuff before you get shot. Where is the RP in this sort of robbery? I was treated to a very nice series of events, tonight (decided to have a late night) and one of which consisted of nothing more than a very mean gentleman jumping out of his car and doing the exact kind of robbery I just mentioned.
Anyway, if you're guilty of performing this kind of robbery, take a minute to think about what kind of RP either side gets out of it. I got nothing out of the experience except for frustration and a few bullets to the face (brought on by a robbery not even a minute prior, and me deciding to dive for behind a car to try and fight back). I think the overall quality of robberies has declined drastically recently, and something needs to be done.
As a message from his Holiness the Pope to mean robbers, try to put some work on your robberies and make them more enjoyable.
Whilst I am a tad salty over the entire situation, I still think I have a fair point regarding the quality of robberies as of late.
Disclaimer: not all robbers are bad, just the ones that turn it into a game of countdown (which seems to be a fair few these days).
Also I'm not against robberies, sometimes they can be enjoyable experiences for both sides, even as the victim.
