I'm trying to pay my council tax however the owner has been temporarily deported awaiting documents. 

Is there anyway I can take charge or pay somehow? How does the housing situation work?

Housing tax MUST be paid by the property owner, I believe it takes 2 months before a house is repossessed by the Government however

I've seen a house 3 months late on tax without being repossessed.
