Just want to mention this isn't strictly Cops vs Cartel as the Crows and solo Gertrude Mclovin were also in attendance. I just like the title.

Quick run down of the situation:

The Altis' finest boys in blue have captured our illustrious leader Velten. We must recover him by any means. We received intel he was being transported from the Kavala Police HQ to the main prison complex.

Big thanks to the cops who I never mentioned at the end of part 2:
Killerrabbit, HDGamer, The Shadow, Knut, Murgesh, Brenda, Ravenoth, Vincent Delaney, Lynx, Robert, Graveworm and Major CJ (If I missed you, it's your own damn fault for not killing or being killed ;) )

The overall stats at the end:

We achieved victory with 11 kills and 5 deaths, despite losing 2 members at the start due to stupid deaths and also losing another 2 around the same moment to disconnects.

great ambush guys... i only killed 3 though :(

and just noticed you said I'm going to check the vehicle count to make sure I'm not chasing shadows :p

Haha, yeah. In retrospect the lateness of Veltens first message should have raised some red flags as to his whereabouts.

When the ambush plan turned from carefully planned to chaos within moments, our guys on the ground adapted well to the hectic situation, and responded very quickly to having to move to the prison area on such short notice. If Killerabbit didn't "crash"  the actual car where Velten was they would have succeeded, very sneakily.

OOH I got a mention and didn't even know you guys where there ><   but.......Lord Sandisk will not be pleased you never Used his full title when talking about him and or his crew   ;)

haha I think you were in Athira, and one of our deceased was asking.

And I beg Lord Sandisk's forgiveness for not using his full title. In respect, I would probably call Queen Elizabeth II simply Lizzie during an operation like this. My military side getting the better of me!

 
I see.........well as Lord sandisk has been informed, it's now in his hands. but seeing as you have grovled im sure he wont slap you with his leather gloves. ( i hope not......this is my treat) ;)
