cops in ghillie suit

Saw a picture of a cop in a ghillie suit in the report section and just wonder a bit about the usage of that kind of cloths in the police force.

I'm not complaining I just wonder if it is something used regularly or on special occasions? The picture was taken during a bank robbery.

I make sure these suits aren't abused. They are not allowed on normal patrols only on hostage operations or other important operations. If I do see them getting abused by anyone that person will be removed from TFU.
