today at about 3-4 pm UK time, I was just about to sell some copper, and 200 meters away from the copper trader, I died in my Truck Boxer, seemingly without any reason. In side chat, it said that AJ Hillox, a cop, had killed me.
I wrote him a personal message in order to discuss the issue on an in-game level (because I love role play) and he told me that he had shot my tires (still wondering for what reason) but not me. Anyways, it resulted in my death. Unfortunately, I had my recently bought pistol (.45 for 35.000) with two mags on me, along with a big backpack full of processed copper and a load of 50 processed copper in my truck.
On any other server, I literally would have given a bloody fart about those more or less 100k. The problem is, I have been trying for days, to finish one goddamn run of copper. I got robbed EVERY single time, even when I tried to just sell peaches. Furthermore, I got ripped off my vehicle almost everytime I bought one at kavala market, because some trolling bambi who didn't even talk to me, hopped into the car before I could and VDM'd me.
Except for the trolling bambis, I am still fine with the server, because I didn't like those servers where the entire city of kavala was a safezone, and 100m around any shop or ATM as well. I like the opportunities, you potentially have on this server, really, I just got used to feeling safe in the city and around shops too much. But thats all ok, its still legitimate roleplay.
What is not okay, is that I get RDM'd by a bloody cop himself, when I am just about to finish the first so far successful run with my ESPECIALLY hardly earned money and gear.
Anyways, I texted him and he told me to come outside kavala to the copper trader, where the "accident" had happened, to refund my gear or pay the money at least. Meanwhile, he had already impounded my boxer and it was in my garage with the load of 45 copper (5 less than originally, but ok).
When I was driving outside the city, I saw in side chat, that he had already disconnected.
Then I drove to the police station to make a role play complaint about him and to get the money and gear back that way, but unfortunately, no one was willing to help me, thatswhy I am writing here.
So please: If he disconnected because his internet broke down or something, tell him, to repay all the stuff I lost by that unnecessary action. It is near to impossible for a new player on this server to finish one run without getting blown up randomly at market place, get your car stolen at market place, explode while normally driving over a bridge, getting rdm'd at the market place (because no-one even cares about the server rules due to the fact that there is no ts support and you have to open a topic for each violation of a rule - who does that because of 5000?!), and now because of getting shot by a COP RANDOMLY, 2 minutes before leading the beforehand spent real life hour to a financial success). I mean, 2 months ago I got busted by the police during a drug run because they had a fuckin helicopter in the sky, watching everything. Very cool feature, seriously - but if you can run amok in kavala at the same time without getting put into jail, or getting banned, I don't really see a well-balanced police presence, or at least police-effort on the server.
Playing on this server has been frustrating and senseless like 95% of the time until now, but I believe in the good will of people to have a good game ROLE-PLAYING and not trolling and destroying other people's gaming experience for fun. I really want to give the server another try and even be more careful to not get robbed etc., but please try your best to stop this manner of playing here.
Maybe you should lower the number of player's to 100 and open a second server again? Right now, it really seems like a playground for real-life bored idiots who destroy other people's free time achievements, and it really seems that the admins are not able (or willing?) to pay attention to this atmosphere on the hive. Just sayin.....
Anyways, please try to settle stuff with the other player and refund my lost stuff...
