Controller Lags FiveM

So ive been trying to use my controller for the gta server but after 10 seconds of it being turned on it makes the game unplayable with the lagging to the point its like a powerpoint presentation. Ive tried googling a solution but im yet to find one

Im using an xbox one controller wireless.

Is it just FiveM ? Have you tried it on normal GTA / GTA online ?

works fine on my single player and normal online its just fiveM im lost for ideas
