Constantly getting kicked

Ever since Saturday I have been getting kicked a lot. I am aware this is happening to a few individuals but I am seeking an answer. When I get kicked the message on my screen I get the following message 'You have been kicked from the server'

On other people's screen, it says that I do not meet the speed requirements but my internet is not bad. It is preventing me from playing as I get kicked every few minutes.

If anyone is able to help I will be very grateful

GPU = Nvidia geforce gtx 760 2gb

CPU = AMD fx 4300 black edition

Monitor = Samsung 21.5 inch 60hz 1920x1080

               Samsung 21.5 inch 60hz 1920x1080

RAM = 8gb corsair vengence

total ram = 28 gb

What ping do you get to the server on the server list?

Just ALUK or All Arma Servers  ?

just this server, My ping ranges from 40 - 190

@Ciaran what is the max ping /packet loss allowed on the servers ?

If your getting packet spikes to that destination it doesn't surprise me you're getting kicked, you may find that your ISP will automatically detect the high latency and look into the issue and just re-route the traffic, this can take up to a week or so normally. In the meantime, you can use a VPN to get round what is potentially a routing issue.

I will try this, thank you for your response. Does it have to be a paid VPN or can I use something like betternet

Exactly the same for me...And I have seen people get kicked from the server specifically for using a VPS so it's not advisable.
