Issue:
no matter where i am and no matter what graphics setting my game is on i constantly every few seconds go from a solid 60 fps (Vsync on) then it drops to some really low number like 10-12 for such a short time that i can barely notice my FPS counter changing. in other servers and game modes i get 60 FPS all the time no problem i dont know why it does this and it is no matter what settings i lowered every setting i could find and it just makes the FPS go from 60 solid to like 70-80 but it still drops to 10-12 exactly the same annoyance as before.
Attempted fixes so far:
Disabled SLI had no effect
lowered settings had no effect
checked internet speeds and they were fine for other servers and i checked my server Ping and it was good too
Specs:
CPU: i7 6700k OC 4.7GHz
GPU: 2x ASUS GTX 960 sli (4gb each)
Ram: 16gb DDR4 2400MHz
WD blue 1TB
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Sli plus
Plenty of fans
