Confused .. (Denied)

Hello I was playing like any day but I was a bounty hunter so I just go and hide in place and get out because my mom was saying to me to get my brother to the shop but I wasnt need to be on the lobby because I was think I can be kicked and the server was full and I wasnt need to wait for the server when I back so i just logged on the game and hide again and the wepone was on my hands and I just go to the shop with my brother and I just get back and the screen was saying banned report .. I swear that's whats happens I hope u understand and I hope I get unbanned
