Computer Problems

Recently i got an i7 4790k @ 4.00 GHZ Processor and before i got that, i had an i3 processor. Whenever i play on the server i get terrible frames with these specs https://gyazo.com/878ae66eff61bc555ab66dc583e09571

With my i3 i got 20-30 FPS on RPUK.

With my i7 i get 15-35 MAX FPS on RPUK no matter what my settings are, even at the lowest.

Anyone know what could possibly be the problem?

Is your CPU fan pinned in properly ?

Is the mothboard the correct type as in it would be an Lga1151 i assume but there are diffrent types such as h97 and so on and so fourth or could it be your psu is bottlenecking it because it hasent got enough power for everything

Turns out that when I went into the computer that one side of the fan was popping out. Thank you Houston! (Sorry I'm really bad at computers xD)
