Ok, so this has been happening for a LONG time and I really just couldn't be bothered getting it fixed until now, but a couple of months ago, I upgraded my CPU and motherboard. I reinstalled Windows 10 but had no activation key, therefore it is not fully activated to this day...
Every time I boot up my PC, the screen goes black, shows a white underscore and my mouse cursor at the top left (blinking to make me try type) then goes black again after 5 seconds and turns itself off. The majority of the time, the lights on my keyboard activate and my mouse does but it still turns its self off. I don't have to manually reboot, it does it itself. After about 3 reboots my computer FINALLY reboots and the blue windows icon shows us, loading to my OS > then my login. This process takes 5 minutes, it goes into play as I make a cuppa when it boots itself up and then when I come back up, it's on ready to go. However I am getting tired of it and want it fixed, any help?
I'm not sure how to get my specs and tell you but all I know is that I used a windows ISO file on a USB to reinstall windows on my current PC when I got the upgrade.
