Complaint on [SaS] Daniel Matrix and GC (Rejected - Lack of evidence)

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): [saS] Daniel Matrix and [Gc] Tom Chuz
Time & Date this happened: 17:37 - 17:43 (11-01-2015)
 
Description of what happened: I was standing at Paros' Garage with Xerone. Suddenly [saS] Daniel Matrix shoots me for no reason, then Daniel also starts opening fire on Xerone. As Xerone returns fire, a guy called [GC] Tom Chuz kills Xerone, apparently for firing at Daniel who RDM'd us in the first place for no reason what so ever.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. [Gc] Tom Chuz replied that we shot at his friend, but his friend RDM'd us in the first place. His ''friend'' Daniel never said a word.

The screenshots show nothing, you didn't try to resolve it with us you cried over side chat. I was in my house, until I was called by my friend to back him up, I went by the basketball caught in Paros near the garage, and shot you (or the person with the gun), as you had a gun aiming towards my friend, you was using the car as backup to hide yourself, so I flanked you. I explaining rdm? It states no where 'define rdm' you was crying over side, so I responded, I didn't define anything. Daniel and [sAS] Daniel are two different players... people get it right, he didn't 'apparently rdm him later', considering we just spawned after the restart but 'k'. Can't wait to see more evidence.

 
I honestly don't see how this guy could have had a killreason on dekkers at all. Dekkers died yesterday and all he had done with his "New life" was to talk to the police to get his bounty off and drive to the unmc to get his gear.

I, on the other hand, have not died in a week (however this was the first time i played in 2 days), however i have never seen this Daniel person before, so there is no way he could have had an RP reason to kill me either.

Well you sure as hell flanked me but [saS] Daniel still did not have any reason to kill us.

I only shot him after trying to figure out why the hell he was doing it and waiting for a response for a while.

The fact that he needed help RDMing just seems pretty odd to me.

Atleast. Since you are his friend and all, why don't you make him come on here and say WHY he killed us, please?

I asked why [saS] Daniel shot me to which I got no reply. I don't think I can do much more when I am just being blatantly ignored. I never cried over side-chat either, yet you might want to concider that it isn't fun when you get shot out of nowhere after just purchasing stuff. No, I am not very rich.

The complaint is not directly focused at you, yet you were involved. I would  gladly like to hear what Daniel has to say. As Xerone explained, all I did after my respawn was getting rid of my bounty and purchasing gear. Nothing that could give anyone a possible kill reason.

 
Here's the recording, unfortunately Xerone started recording once I got shot, yet you can see him being fired at without him doing anything that could give anyone a kill reason. He was even still in the car. (That is before he gets killed, because I do think that that kill is legit.)

Oh and Xerone was derpy enough not to record his own voice, although that wouldn't have added anything. It's just a bit odd hearing me talk to a ghost.

 
No, i only started recording right after it happened. But you can  see that he killed dekkers in the first screenshot.

 
And it would be nice if [saS] Daniel showed up and posted aswell. I'd love to hear his side of the story.

 
I'll tell Daniel about this thread, he has read it, I believe he's busy. I'll get him to take a look.
As the video proves, you were shooting at him (at this point, let's just go with it) - my house is literally around the corner, and he asked for help, so I responded to his backup being the closest one near. That's my reason for shooting at you.
I'll talk to Daniel when he comes online.

 
I also would like to see more video of what happened before this, Unable to process a ban as we cannot be 100%.

Moving to rejected for lack of evidence.
