if i had recorded the incidents i would have given evidence. i lost over 500,000 in these two events only my housemates word is evidence that they even happened

this makes me sad

Sorry you feel that way but we need to be fair with compensation requests and if your not taking the time to record or screenshot events and report the people responsible then it might of well not happened.
