Compensation request?

Hello,

Why does it take so long for a compensation request to get reviewd? is it because it's holiday?

Only selected members of the ALUK can authorise and complete compensations requests; Thesoldier,Wilco,Cardoso,Gregory and JohnJoeegan. There are other staff members that can but its not their area of 'speciality'

Mainly Thesoldier,Gregory and JohnJoe do comp requests at the moment. It is holiday season so I should imagine they're tending to their real lives more than altislife, with that being said, Thesoldier is currently completing unban/report a player section primarily and other admins dealing with in-game/Dev/maintenance work.

Okay, because on 1 comp request i'm already waiting 7 days that's why

I have 6 days on one of them too, and bans should be dealed the last of report comp and bans because that is what it says.
