Please provide full detail and evidence: I was driving through the streets with a tempest transport (uncovered) truck full of Marijuana, then, a wild off-road appeared, I swerve to get out of the way, then he swerves into me

Lost items and total value of compensation.: MX (Black) w/ Suppressor, laser pointer, RCO, and a black bipod = 427,000

tempest transport (uncovered) full of Marijuana = 750,000ish

I feel that we were both in the wrong, because I swerved not to hit him but he might have not been paying attention and swerved when I was getting out of the way.

I really dont like reporting people for stupid reasons, I mean we all make mistakes, I just wanted to know if I could get this stuff back :p

 
The thing is that if it was rdm it needs to be reported then we comp after, but if it was just a normal driving accident, then we would not comp as it comes under user error for me
