Do you have any proof of buying the ARAC Licence and not having the licence when logging back in? As the link provided doesn't show any proof related to ARMA 3 nor buying the licence @Yokai

Unfortunately without any proof of buying the licence and or losing it afterwards we would be unable to compensate you for this. I would suggest in future to either press F12 (Steam Screenshot) or if it is possible to record in case this issue happens again in future. Due to the above reasons this compensation request will be denied. @Yokai
