The date when this happened: 08/03/22

Please provide full detail and evidence: I placed a 500k bet and got an Ace & 9. As I went to stand with my cards it stood me out of the chair and game, she ended with a 19 and I didn't get my chips.

This happened around 11:25

Just a few things before we start investigating this.

  1. Who's POV am I watching in the evidence?
  2. Why does the date say 08/03/2022, is that the American format or did this happen in March?
  3. Is it you requiring compensation and are you posting on behalf of someone else?

Hello there @yetiuk

The intended outcome when pressing backspace is that you will stand your hand. As you had 20 and the dealer only had 19, if the system had worked correctly you would have won the hand, granting you 1,000,000 tokens.

As such, I will be granting you

  • 1,000,000 Blackjack Tokens,

Of which you can collect at City Hall
