Please Provide Full Details: We were previously in a gunfight with Aztecas at pier and police turned up. I was running around without a firearm in my hand and jumped in my car and drove off. We sat at pillbox waiting for a downed friend for about 10 minutes and there was no aggression from any police. I then drove towards big red to meet up with the rest of mara and sat there for another 10 or so minutes. When we started to drive towards casino there were a few police cars passing but no sirens were on and we weren't being chased as they were heading the opposite direction. Whilst driving towards casino I was very much looking around my surroundings because we were going to go to Sandy and have another fight so I didn't want police to follow. I was driving towards AE around 100mph and I head popped randomly. This is where the clip starts. There was no prior police chase, or interaction for the last half an hour and I spawn back in and I ran towards the car with them as I just assumed they thought it was abandoned and I didn't want them to impound it. I got arrested and prisoned for suspicion of a firearm as I was at the pier scene..
Honestly I was so shocked. It wasn't about the stuff or me being arrested it was how it happened. I have never had a bad experience since my time playing here but I felt cheated by just being arrested instantly after a headpop. I thought if the police wanted an interaction they could have atleast let me get back in my car and we could have a chase but it just completely ended before it even started.
This was initially going to be a report for the police who I suspected as fail RP because there was no prior RP and It was like a spawn camp scenario. I took this to QE and spoke with 'Dan James' aka Pete and he cleared it up a bit. He advised he wasn't aware I head popped, although I was randomly in the middle of the road suddenly and running towards my car. He said to me that if he knew that, it likely would have been different but due to me already being in handcuffs when I /ooc It was too late. I didn't do it earlier because I still wanted to accept their demands and not NVL myself with all the guns to my head.
I personally believe it should have been handled a lot differently, it was really disappointing for me to experience this happen on the server and very unexpected. I am glad that I am facing short time in prison thanks to Dan James but I would like to see if I can still get my handgun back as I do believe the way I lost it was not right. If not, then that's alright I just also want to open this ticket as a way to hear from the staff team on what they think and if they believe it was ok just so I know for future?
Unfortunately my medal clips the game so when I crashed I lost that footage prior.. but you should be able to see it on the logs. Also I have a ticket open with you guys with all my headpops so that will show you what error i got
