Please provide a video showing the following:

-The order details from the delivery hub. 
-The job being accepted.
-The delivery itself.
-The outcome.

This would be sufficient evidence to proceed further with.

Not very happy about this to be honest, I've had to request about 3-4 other claims with this exact problem and RAM was happy to sort them out for me with the same evidence and I sent them my logs.
