Hello.

In order for me to proceed with this, I would need more evidence than a single screenshot.
Please provide a video showing the following:

-The order details from the delivery hub. 
-The job being accepted.
-The delivery itself.
-The outcome.

This would be sufficient evidence to proceed further with. 
If you are unable to provide this, I must unfortunately decline your request due to insufficient evidence.

Your other compensation request for the 'non payment from cargo job' - Care to explain why you've submitted two compensation requests for the same job?
The evidence from both, show two different screenshots from the same event, job #7867.

I am not unwilling to help you, there are rules and regulations that need to be followed, I am simply doing so - Quite frankly, you are in no position to demand anything - hence why this topic is called a 'request'.

Regarding the job numbers. All I am doing is taking the screenshot, whatever number this bug ridden software shows is out of my hands. I can send you my logs too if you need them. tell me what dates you want and I will upload them.
