- Please provide full detail and evidence: Hi, apologies for this I need to reopen this request as in my haste I have mistyped the situation with my house. Basically I sold my old house (up in sandy shores) to get the balance I needed for the new house. I was not physically able to buy the new house without selling the old one as the server doesnt allow this to happen. When I sold the old house I had not packed up my furniture prior to selling and I think possibly this is why the issue happened. All of the furniture I owned was still in the house at the time but when I sold the house anything attached to it in the database was wiped. This is what I meant but in my haste to get my request in I didnt explicitly state that. I was a bit gutted that I had just lost £400k and I was discussing it with 2 friends in game (i can provide the names of the two individuals if required and they can be contacted to verify the statement) when it happened so I tabbed out to fill out the form and this led to me writing the previous request in the way that I did. I followed all of what I believed to be the proper procedures but I think this actually may be a bug in the game that I have found to my cost. However I wanted to file it here first and then as a bug if this is what it turns out to be.
Hopefully you can see what i mean. Im not fussed about the few thousand I spent on furniture as this is replaceable in 20 minutes but it took me the best part of a day to get the 400k together and this is why I put the request in. If you wouldnt mind relooking at my case I would massively appreciate it. Thank you for your time. - Link to any evidence:
