  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: This happened a couple of nights ago - apologies i only just got around to filling the form in. I bought a Declasse Tornado from Moselys garage. Instead of getting the nice one I wanted i ended up with the battered up one with the guitars on the back seat. I wondered if I could swap it over to the other one.

  6. Lost items and total value of compensation.: £5k. I just want to see if it is possible to swap this vehicle with the nicer one so that I can customise it. I spoke to mystix the car dealer and told him i would probably end up trying to restore the vehicle (in RP) and would bring it back to the store in the future and show him. I dont know if this is a bug or a case of him ordering the wrong vehicle so I hope that you guys can help me/us.

Evidence that i bought the car or evidence that it is the shit version? I can tell you I bought the car from Mystix East I think was his full player name. I paid £5k for it as he told me it was originally 10k but when it arrived he said "oh shit" basically and listed it for £5k. Ive got the car in my posession still. I can provide the number plate to it if it is needed. It is currently parked in Alta St car park. I can take a screenshot of the vehicle and me stood next to it if thats required. I just figured you would be able to look in the database and see it and see where it is. 

Im not sure what other evidence I could provide? if you can tell me what sort of thing you are looking for I would be happy to provide it.

I would love to have a the license plate of the car. 

Other than that yes we can pull. Logs however this takes up rare Dev time so when I don't have to I rather not

 
Right, sure of course. 2 minutes ill get it right now. 

BLKD 690 - would have attached  a screen but its over the limit apparently! 

 
After further checking the next was decided,

resolve this in rp with the dealer he provided you with a bad product and such you should be able to return it to the dealer

im pretty sure @Tokjat would like to ensure the quality of his product
