Please provide full detail and evidence: I was doing upgrades to my vehicle in city and the server shutdown for server restart at 4pm BST and all the changes for my vehicle weren't made I lost £50,000 in upgrades

Hi @whallapor

We are unfortunate to compensate you for this due to our guidelines. The only way that a server restart would be compensated would be if that the server restart was unannounced. The server restart was announced at 10 minutes to the restart, then again at 5 minutes to the restart.

Please keep an eye out for the red boxes which state there is a server restart coming and keep a note of the time of day as Restarts happen 8am, 4pm, 8pm
