Please provide full detail and evidence: he clip below shows the second occasion where we gave him a "2nd chance", basically story short, this guy and his mate tried to take one of marabunta grande hostage, he got away and told us. we found the guy, took him with us and held up at gone point asking for his gun and phone etc, he refused when he was outnumbered by 3/4 people with guns, continued to pull a pistol and shoot, he died to my bullet defending ourselves, we then continued the the private medic building to give the "2nd chance" which he didnt accept and you can see for yourselves.

After reviewing this, yes this guy should have complied and he broke rules and was punished for it however we cannot compensate you something that was not yours and lost anyway. 

I know he should have handed his things over too you however that was his choice not too and he has now lost his weapons/items anyway and received a ban.
